Our leadership team combines hands-on construction experience with backgrounds in finance, operations, technology, and entrepreneurship—giving Coastal Edge the experience to serve both residential and commercial clients while maintaining the personal service of a local company.
Andrew Schiffner
Founder & President
Andrew brings a unique combination of financial experience and hands-on exterior construction knowledge to Coastal Edge Exteriors. After beginning his career in accounting, he transitioned into roofing and exterior construction, gaining hands-on experience with roofing, siding, repairs, inspections, and project management.
Today, Andrew oversees Coastal Edge’s field operations and works directly with customers throughout the process—from the initial assessment through project completion. His approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, do the work correctly, and stand behind it.
Juan Vega
Partner & Business Operations
Juan brings more than 30 years of experience across entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, technology, and business operations to Coastal Edge Exteriors. His background includes founding and growing businesses in publishing and cloud technology and serving as a Senior Manager in Cloud Marketing at Deloitte.
Outside the corporate world, Juan has always been hands-on—renovating and maintaining properties, managing short-term rentals, and tackling everything from drywall and repairs to larger improvement projects. At Coastal Edge, he combines that practical experience with decades of business leadership to help oversee operations, systems, customer experience, and the company’s long-term growth.
Rachel Vega
Business Development & Marketing
Rachel is an entrepreneur with a background in finance, business development, and building businesses from the ground up. At Coastal Edge Exteriors, she leads marketing, brand strategy, community outreach, and business development while helping shape the customer experience as the company grows.
Her focus is making sure Coastal Edge is known not only for quality work, but for responsiveness, transparency, and the kind of service customers feel comfortable recommending to someone else.
